“Fitness is something you get to do, not something you have to do. Take pride in the body you were given!”
Deanna Harder
My journey in the fitness industry began at the age of 16 and I have never looked back. I began by teaching group exercise classes in my hometown of Dawson Creek, BC.
After completing a Social Work Diploma at Northern Lights College I began working in both social work and the fitness industry, it became clear that my calling to help people would be best served through fitness.
I went on to complete my CSEP-CPT along with a 2 year Personal Training Diploma at Grande Prairie Regional College. I moved to Edmonton where I’ve helped women get confident, fit and strong for over 20 years.
I enjoy helping people from all backgrounds and ability levels achieve their personal fitness goals and believe that every program should include strength training for optimal results.
Building a strong body empowers your life.
